Nicer Choice for issues

It would be nice to have issue templates:

• One that says to add a screenshot and an ICS file if possible
• One that redirects to Q&A in the discussions
• One for empty issues with a comment of what would be nice to have in the issue

Generally:

• add screenshot
• add link to calendar
• add ICS file if existing
