Wattson's Gym barriers cause issues with navigation

Noted in Wattson's Gym.

The electric barriers in Wattson's gym which change when stepping on tiles are not reflected in the collision map. Solution unclear.

This looks like I need to switch from the MapLayouts to using the backup map. Will require significant refactoring, I do not have time to fix this before it probably becomes irrelevant (although I expect I will eventually need to use the backup map for everything instead of the layouts).
