multiple childs with one click

seems when a turbo is loaded the event from cocoon are called mutiple tames

example:

• navigate 5 times until go to the nested form
• click to "add"
  ideal result: 1 child added
  current result: 5 childs added

I edit the cocoon.js but im not sure if is this the way to fix

Hello,
Which version of administrate and which version of administrate-field-nested_has_many do you use when you see this issue?
I'm having the same issue while using an older version of both gems. Wondering if upgrading both gems would solve it.
