pkg_check_modules(LV2 REQUIRED lv2>=.0.1.0) fails on windows with Visual Studio

As always cmake fails to prove it's worth of existence.
Such packages doesn't exist out of the blue if they are not with the source. And please use real build tools that has more than 0.0001% success of building the project.
