Run glances as a service in Win10 Pro

I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find a solution. I've tried nssm but I always get an error. Not sure what's wrong.

What does you nssm setup look like? Mine looks like this:

I can give it another go, I had removed everything.

When I installed Python, it buried it deep into subdirectories that really didn't make any sense. Can you tell me where you installed Python from? Microsoft App Store or directly from the Python website?

I can't really remember, but probably not the App Store. I've been through a few versions of Python from the initial install. From memory if you don't install python selecting "for all users", it installs in your roaming directory.
