Glances stuck on version 4.2.1 (Windows 11)

Describe the bug
Updating glances to the latest version seems not to work for me for some reason.
If a specific version is given, I get the following error:

PS C:\WINDOWS\system32> pip install upgrade glances==4.4.1
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement upgrade (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for upgrade

I also tried downgrading python to 3.12 and reinstalling with no luck unfortunately.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. pip install --upgrade glances

Expected behavior
Upgrade to the latest version.

Environement (please complete the following information)

• Operating System: Windows 11 25H2, OS Buid: 26200.7840
• Glances & psutil versions: 4.2.1 & 7.1.3
• How do you install Glances (Pypi package, script, package manager, source): pip install

Found a solution if someone faces a similar problem in the future.
I removed every single version of python I found (system environment variables included) and installed python 3.12.6 then reinstalled glances.
Now everything is working as expected and glances version is 4.5.0.4 with PsUtil 7.2.2
