Email plugin Support

Hi, does this version has email plugin?
I meant if [mem] is at CRITICAL level, how will we get alert?

I executed
python -m glances --modules-list

Output -

Exporters list: cassandra, couchdb, csv, duckdb, elasticsearch, graph, graphite, influxdb, influxdb2, influxdb3, json, kafka, mongodb, mqtt, nats, opentsdb, prometheus, rabbitmq, restful, riemann, statsd, timescaledb, zeromq

I am getting alert but could not able find the medium for transmitting, if email functionalty is not available then I suppose we can add that as well.
What do you think? @nicolargo

in Glances architecture, plugins aims at collecting. So a "email" plugin has no sense.

Nevertheless, if i came back to your need, it can be filled with the Glances action: https://glances.readthedocs.io/en/develop/aoa/actions.html#actions
