Docker container health status and alerts #3402

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not really a problem – more like a limitation. Currently glances allows you to see status of docker containers – whether they're running or not.

Describe the solution you'd like
We can expand the status info by indicating whether they're healthy or not as well. Considering docker ps already emanates this information for containers whenever available, it doesn't seem like this should be a complicated addition (pardon my naïve assertion).
To complement this change, I also believe alerts tied with container status would also help. If the container turns unhealthy, glances can push an alert.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Whereas there's many ways to monitor whether containers are healthy or not, starting from creating new background services to monitor them or using entirely other containers just designed to achieve this (e.g. healthchecks), glances is a very comprehensive monitoring tool and displaying this information just feels like a natural extension of its capabilities. Running multiple different tools to monitor a set of docker containers can start getting messy – this gets rid of one typical use case.
