Add an opt. to toggle default start mode (included/excluded)

Hi,
The title says it all, really.
I usually need to include only a couple of files from the dir, so the default 'include all' mode and then having to always press 'x' to switch it isnt handy. Would appreciate if you added an opt. to toggle mode before tool start. Thanks.

I am planning to make a number of improvements and merge it upstream (see rclone/rclone#7578), I just haven't had a lot of spare time to work on it lately. But when I do, I will try to include this (no pun intended!)
