Remove the breakpad stuff from the makefiles

Since we're going with a vanilla xulrunner, we can remove the google breakpad stuff, since it won't really be built in anymore - I believe the xulrunners all have their own crashreporters anyway?

If we need to add it back in, I'm sure we can manage something, but breakpad should be built into the client anyway if we're going to have it...

All these mods to vanilla sources that can't be used by any other product should've been built into the Songbird client instead of patching statically built stuff as POTi did. What the heck? /rant

@rsjtdrjgfuzkfg, @GeekShadow - are you married to breakpad at all? To my knowledge we haven't even been using it to report bugs to a server or email address anyway.
