Bug Description
The Android system repeatedly shows the message
“System UI isn’t responding”, causing the app and system interface to freeze temporarily.
The dialog reappears every few seconds, making normal operation nearly impossible.
Start AAPSFull 3.3.3.0-dev-c on Android 13.
Keep the app running (HOME tab active).
After a short time, the system repeatedly shows:
System UI isn’t responding — Close app / Wait
Selecting Wait restores operation for a few seconds, then the error reoccurs.
