Facing issue in nightwatchv2

I was using nightwatch v1.7 and scripts were running fine. But I started getting issues regarding webdriver server path when using nightwatch v2.0alpha.
I have tried changing the path(pointing to chrome driver under node-modules/bin) but in vain.
When I am switching back to v1.7, it is working very fine
Can someone please help?

did you update selenium server as well? Or just Nightwatch?

I have updated the Selenium Server(V3.141) as well

I am getting webdriver.server-path property is not set issue.

Stack Trace:

An error occurred while trying to start ChromeDriver: cannot resolve path: "cat".
Please check that the "webdriver.server_path" config property is set correctly.

I was getting different error but in essence it was the same issue with selenium server not getting started. If you read the getting started >> installation document, it says you don't need selenium server unless you want to use selenium grid. I don't use selenium grid so here is what I did.

I created a new project and Nightwatch created a new Nightwatch.conf.js. I used this config file in my project. Tests started running. I know this is a Hack not an elegant solution

Yes @aakash3771 Even I have not started Selenium Server as it is not required, and getting this error
But for me, even I tried with new project, it is throwing the same type error - Selenenium Server related.

Can you please share the complete code(including package.json ,nightwatch.json and nightwatch.conf.json)

I have moved nightwatch.json properties inside nightwatch.conf.json
