Alternative of .stopWebDriver()? And start-maximized args not working

Description:

Problem 1- As seen in the attached screenshot, after the test execution I have to do Ctrl+C to stop the session and it does not happen on it's own. Current nightwatch version should have handled this automatically after deprecating .stopWebDriver() but it didn't.

Problem 2- The browser does not maximize automatically after session starts even after adding start-maximized args.

Hey @satabdisikdar stopWebDriver was never part of Nightwatch, you might be using another package. Nightwatch does handle the closing of web drivers as part of cucumber integration. Can you share your test cases and config to get a better understanding of what went wrong? This type of problem usually happens in cucumber when promises are not handled correctly.

Moreover, start-maximized args is also not working. This is the block in my nightwatch.conf.js

The new cucumber integration in Nightwatch doesn't use nightwatch-api you can refer this for using cucumber with Nightwatch and for the second problem try using goog:chromeOptions instead of chromeOptions inside desiredCapabilities in nightwatch config.
