Is it possible to use saveScreenshot while only capturing the window contents?

When I use saveScreenshot on mobile or tablet, it contains the navigation bars at the top and bottom of the screen. On desktop it does not contain the system / browser elements.

Is it possible to screenshot on mobile/tablet without having that extra clutter? I'm asking because I am trying to automatically compare screenshots without comparing the look of the browser itself.
