NIghtwatch doesn't run above v2.4.2

Hi .

I get the following error when I upgrade nightwatch above v2.4.2. Failed to connect to ChromeDriver on localhost with port 9519.
I have changed nothing but the version

Chrome 108,
Nodejs 19.3.0
selenium.webdriver 4.5

Not sure what else to look at.

Any thoughts?
