Browserstack tests that are set to retry are marked as failed

I see that the change was made here to mark tests in Browserstack as "failed" even if they were set to retry. I prefer the old way of marking this as "unmarked" - I'm not able to pass "unmarked" to the Browserstack API. Any other ideas on how to make avoid marking tests as failed - they aren't marked as failures in our CI or reports so I'd like for it to match up.
