url for get proxy list seems expirated

I tried to use this script, but it seems this url - http://4gods.nl/~nik/proxyblock.php - is no longer exists so script doesn't seems to work. Could you modify this code to work? Now I'm just tried to search proxy's list and copy & paste, but it would not be cover every proxies that change rapidly.
