Highlight text to replace #4
Description
It would be nice if the double-underscore delimiters (__NAME__) highlighted the words they delimit in a different colour, to differentiate them from "normal" bold text.
This is super low priority... the consumers of this will probably start by copying and editing the Markdown itself, where the text to replace is obvious.
