Fix: Broken publishing workflow

Issue

Publishing pipeline is currently broken. We should use npx lerna publish from-package --yes

Expected

It should be able to publish the newer version without any error

Steps to reproduce

1. Publish a new Github release
2. Observe the publishing pipeline
