Compiling an MacOS

By default make in MacOS is an old version which esdl2 does not like. While it is possible download gmake this will by default not be referenced. Would it be possible to add macos to use gmake in the pre-hooks and post_hooks?

Hello Robert! I don't understand. Normally if you run gmake it will use gmake for the entire build. But it should also work with make despite the warnings it prints. Are you getting some errors perhaps or can you provide steps for me to try?
