Sharing secrets across maintainers and global secrets #36

What would you like to see added in this software?
In #27, we introduced some prescriptions about the responsibility of keeping secrets by the chair of the NSC. This came up because Gmail is forcing a switch to 2FA and therefore @esavary and I could not access it anymore.
In the (private) GH community (community/maintainers), there's this interesting discussion about sharing secrets (e.g., within a particular project or organization-wise).
One interesting option proposed is https://github.com/1Password/1password-teams-open-source
I don't think there's any urgency on resolving this, but it would be interesting that the first NSC envisages some solution to this.
