Should we accept participant.tsv files for the `--participant-label` argument?

Should we make it easy to run specific subsamples through the group-level workflow (e.g., with a participant.tsv file) or just allow --participant-label + --bids-filter-file with the understanding that most of the time folks will run the full sample and filter afterwards?

I would be hesitant to change the meaning of --participant-label, but I don't see any reason not to come up with some convention such as --filter-participants <TSV>. Or possibly more generally, --filter-entities <TSV>, and then allow multiple columns that list out the valid tuples of entity values.
