Allow a notion of "mandatory" reportlet/section in the bootstrap configuration file #78

What would you like to see added in this software?
Currently, if a reportlet is not found or a section is empty they are simply ignored. Instead, we should have a boolean marker to make them mandatory if necessary and throw an error if it is mandatory and missing.
