Revise all N4 nodes and add adaptations for rodents

This conversation stems from #610 (comment), but a general pass through the whole codebase, identifying N4 nodes would be appropriate.

A more generalistic approach would be to extend Nipype's N4 interface and provide it with the extra logic to calculate the bspline distances.
