Conclude integration of utilities in the brain extraction workflow

With all that we have learned in our efforts to adapt brain extraction to infants and to rodents, it is time to homogenize the implementation (and have just one for all of them).

Along the way, this request should also address #568, as the infants' and rodents' versions of the extraction do not use ANTs' `ImageMaths` and other utilities.
