What would you like to see added in this software?
The PET image in the PET-to-anatomical co-registration hover visualization is currently shown in grayscale, which can make uptake patterns difficult to distinguish.
Display the PET image using a Hot Iron/Hot Body-style colormap (Matplotlib’s hot) while keeping the anatomical image grayscale. This colormap is commonly used for clinical PET imaging and provides strong contrast for high-uptake regions. Perceptually uniform alternatives such as plasma or viridis could also be considered.
