Enable notebook control by custom sites file (#84)

* add 'tropo_model' option to select HRRR or ERA5

* read optional corrections from custom sites file and refactor cells for readability

* remove changing tropospheric method in MintPy config file

* update notebook and enable control by custom sites file and MintPy config file

* remove extra comma

* add cdsapi to authentication files and do some housekeeping

* change boolean to str while reading from my_sites.txt. fix minor bugs.

* Updated Coseismic to include all optional corrections. Moved correction and configuration modules to solid_utils. Minor updates to ARIA_prep

* Changes to my_sites.txt, adding some example options to the Glossary of parameters

* change default tropospheric model for Hawaii to ERA5

* Checks for auto reference point. Checks for correction specification. Meters/mm error fixed.

* change colormap

* Cleaned up mysites filed - added noEarthquakeDate to all entries, fixed CentralValley track, removed special characters. Also reset versions and dates on ARIA_prep, Coseismic, and Secular notebooks.
