In Community page " create group " is not responsive on small devices

On the Community page, the "Create Group" feature is not responsive when viewed on small-screen devices (e.g., smartphones). It is aligned to the right side of the screen, overlapping off-page, which causes it to be partially cut off and requires excessive horizontal scrolling to view/access fully.
