How to use Event handlers?

// Create a new router and register it in app

app.use(router);

And i use bun run dev,but not work.I don't like using Filesystem routing because the parameters received are complicated.How to use Event handlers? Is there a demo?

That is work now.But it not work when i use npm run build and npm run dev.
