What are the current conflict of interest rules for Nivenly? Specifically, what the rules—or lack thereof—for the following?
- Can a general member vote on their own project or a project they are an active contributor to in order that it becomes a "Nivenly Project"
- Do delegates or trade members, who represent a branch of the Nivenly Senate, get to vote as general members as well?
- Are there any recusal rules around conflict of interest (beyond those that are required by law for nonprofits), such as requiring people to abstain if they believe that a reasonable person would conclude they have a conflict of interest? If there are such rules, are they different for general members versus delegates?
