Modelling time steps

Let user tell modelling time steps. Based on this we need to have results displayed in hr. daily, monthly, seasonal to yearly.

The timestep can be inferred from the data, just the second timestep minus the first (assuming equally spaced).
What exactly do you want done with the timestep though? What results depend on the timestep?

Time step need to be reflected in plots x or y axis. also lets say data is hrly, then plot can be hrly, daily monthly, seasonal to annual.
but data is daily then it can be only daily, monthly.... again if timestep is monthly then plot can be only monthly, seasonally and annually.
