Test if a random Trace/SpanId could be used #25
Description
Test if a random Trace/SpanId could be used. In one of my previous implementation approaches there was a need to generate an unique, but determinable Trace/SpanId to correctly set the RootSpan. I'm not sure anymore if this is actually needed.
