Waydroid on WSL

I'd like to get Waydroid running on Windows, but the kernel that NixOS-WSL ships with doesn't enable the necessary kernel options and trying to do so manually did not work.

Does the kernel not support Android features at all, or am I using boot.kernelPatches incorrectly?
