nvidia-smi: could not start dynamically linked exe

Hello, I downloaded the 2405 nixos-wsl.tar.gz release and import it into my WSL. I have a nvidia card and run nvidia-smi inside the wsl, but it reports

Could not start dynamically linked executable: nvidia-smi
NixOS cannot run dynamically linked executables intended for generic
linux environments out of the box. For more information, see:

and fails to run. It seems that the exe is shipped with the release, but I can't see the resolution or any previous reports.

You either need to install nvidia via nix or use something like nix-ld.

Thanks for your quick reply! I tried #246 (comment) and that worked for the nvidia-smi binary.

So the binary can output the information about my card, but I have another problem for vulkaninfo.

Actually, my original goal is to make the wsl recognize the card, but I am not sure how to install the relevent things. I hardly have experience with nix files and graphic cards, and simply copy the lines in https://nixos.wiki/wiki/nvidia#Modifying_NixOS_Configuration to my flake but the vulkaninfo still cannot discover the card and nvidia-smi displays that information. Will the lines in the wiki actually install the binaries for me, or should I find them elsewhere?

After this LD trick, the nvidia-smi works but the vulkaninfo still sees nothing nvidia. So there must be some insufficient installation, I suppose?
