Migrate workitems between two Azure DevOps Services Orgs with one Project using customized process template

Hi experts,
I need to migrate work items from an Org whose project uses Scrum Process to another Org with a project that uses a highly customized Process Template (XML) that was recently migrated from Azure DevOps server.
Also please note that both Azure DevOps Orgs are connected to different Azure Active Directories. Just letting know if this could be a concern.
Does this tool support this scenario?
