The account that you use must have a test licence assigned to be able to access those API's. Funding for us doing work on this tool is generally through 1) customer funding, or 2) donated free time. |

We are experiencing the same issue. We have the appropriate permissions set and valid test license assigned. Here is the stack trace error we receive. Looks like we had a failure changing the state of a test plan to "In Planning'. |

Yes, collection admin for both source and target. The only difference seen is that I have a professional license with the source organization. |

Every time I run the "TfsTestPlansAndSuitesMigrationProcessor" processor I get a 401 unauthorized error. I've triple checked my PAT tokens and they have the highest level of permission. I've attached my config and error log below.
