Work Item not ready to save error?

I only get this error when I manually map work items from source to target. I'm field mapping 3-4 fields. For some of them it works no problem but when I add the others in I get the "work item not ready to save" error. I've checked the source fields for the work item being referenced and there are no null values or blanks that should be populated. There aren't any conditional formatting or rules in place either on my source project that should be causing that error.

The error message is not usable without the rest of the log.

"Work Item not ready to save" is due to a field fault, and when it occurs, we write to the log (before the bit you sent) what the field is and what the fault is.

Please provide the full log.
