WorkItemMigrationConfig is not accepted as a Processor type. How to migrate workitems from one project to other in Azure DevOps services organisations

If I ran the V16 to migrate the Work Items using AzureDevOpsEndpoint endpoint. I find this is not available. What processor should I use to migrate work items?
