How to Migrate the Work Items from Source to Destination where we have different Areas and Iterations paths

In my Org i have two projects and want to migrate the existing work items from Source Project to Destination project and i want to make sure all the work items need to be migrated to the destination without migrating the source Area and Iteration paths, it should map the work items to Destination root area or iteration while migrating.

Below are the details of settings i have in my projects

It is pretty hard to understand that regex operations for me, so if someone could help me in getting those to update my config, it will be really helpful to achieve the migrations
