Migrate work items with new field value updation in Destination

I have a new mandate field in Destination ADO that need to be updated while migrating and it is not in the source side, while migrating how to add or configure that field in my config file, under which module i can add that, any sample reference for this will help me to get it done.

You can use a Field Mapping to do that. Field to Field and set a default value... or Regex mapping...
