I'm running as the site collection admin and have full access to everything. Why am I getting an error? This seemed to start when I began enabling processors for test suites and such.

This prompted me to review our configuration for user accounts. Somehow my account doesn't have the same level of access as my secondary account. Weird but it is running now.

tldr, I needed to review that my account had access to test plans in our licensing.
