issue with user name migration when the name has accented caracters

i have a issue with the migration tool, the name of person with accented caracters are truncated and the name in devops does not anymore correspond to the name in azure entra id.

the version i use is 16.1, but the problem seems to be solved disabling the stringmanipulatortool !
