Migration Utility Unable to load Common Structure for Source

I am getting the below shared error even though I have ensured the name is same from the attached screenshot. What else could be the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have tried the names of Iteration and Area as I see in the attached screenshot and the default English values too as my Language set for ADO is English but neither is working.

MigrationTools.Exceptions.MigrationToolsException: Unable to load Common Structure for Target.This is usually due to TFS having a different installed langauge version than was expected.. Validate that '****' is the correct name in your version. This would be something like 'Fläche' or 'Aire'. If you open the area tree in Visual Studio, or web access, you should see the name your langauage uses for 'Area' or 'Iteration. Do not try to add a specific area or iteration path to this field. Check the defaults on https://devopsmigration.io/Reference/Endpoints/TfsTeamProjectEndpoint/ for an example fro English.

Steps:

1. In the Config file, change LogLevel to Debug.
2. Identify a work item ID that exhibits this issue and create a query that only selects this work item.
3. Delete any existing copy of that work item from the target.
4. Run the migration.
5. Comment here with the full Log attached as well as the full (redacted) configration file that you are using.

Looks to be a project name issue. If eitehr of these:

 "Collection": "https://dev.azure.com/BinghattiDev/",
"Project": "Business Development",

Differ in any way from teh target... even a diferent aski character, then you will get that error.

I’m not sure if this can be the issue as both of these variables are being used for token authentication and working fine in that.

This is generally one of two things:

1. Your project name is not valid
2. Your source or target are non english TFS

Is this cloud-to-cloud? If so, that would rull out 2.

I have verified the Project name (copied and pasted) also made sure using the same value as in the project path so this rules out option 1 since the same name is being used for successful verification.
The migration is cloud-to-cloud.
Also just need to confirm what value needs to go to the Language Maps ("Area" or the project name) since thats where I think the issue is?

Running into the exact same issue on version 16.3.3.
It's a cloud-to-cloud migration.

PS: We have fixed this on our end by disabling the "TfsNodeStructureTool" tool which seems to have been misconfigured.

Yes, misconfiguring the TfsNodeStructureTool will have that effect as it will be trying to map to a Project that doesn ot exist.

You are then going to have to debug in Visual Studo asn see what the issue it.

My money is on a character diference in th Project Name.
