Not able to migrate my workitems from TFS server to ADO server using this tool

I am trying to execute the exe using the configuration.json but execution is getting completed without error, but nothing is being migrated.
Can you please help me to find out what's I am missing. I have attached the logs and json file

I'm new to this tool. But it looks like your config was generated by AI or for some old version.
For example current name of WorkItemMigrationConfig processor is TfsWorkItemMigrationProcessor https://devopsmigration.io/schema/configuration.schema.json

The same situation with FieldMap tools naming and with the config file structure in general.
