Issue with Not all the worktimes are migration

What happened?

while trying to Migrate the work items from TFS to ADO. Not all the workitems are migrated and getting an error.

Getting the below error during the migration process.

Also is there any Possibility to Export the workitem Process Templates from TFS and import them to the ADO ?
