fix(datahub): rename configmap to .template to avoid ArgoCD sync conflict
ArgoCD datahub app syncs all *.yaml in k8s/. Renaming to .template keeps the file as documentation without ArgoCD trying to apply it as a resource. The real ConfigMap is managed by the datahub-config app from gitops-config.
