new point release

Hello,
as the last point release was over a year ago and there has been much activity since there, i have a question, why a 3.13 release did not happen?

I'm a developer who uses this library for my multi-platform projects that have only multi-point releases, to have the same functionality, I would be grateful if there would be here more often point releases.

Would that be possible @nlohmann ? That would be much appreciated.
