keyboard shortcuts for choosing relation type didn't work?

sorry to trouble. here is a problem about keyboard shortcuts for choosing relation type.
I set the shortcuts for both entity and relation. shortcuts of entity type worked well. but shortcuts of relation type didn't work.
I checked the relation type name both in shortcuts file and annotation file, It had been set  right.
Hope somebody could lend me a helping hand.
