Alecto WS-1050 does not work with this app

I purchased 2 Alecto WS-1050 weather sensors because they are mentioned in the Readme as supported by this app.
I have the Homey Pro 2019, and checked the boxes for Ambient weather, Alecto v1 and Alecto v3 in the settings, but the sensors are not recognized by the app, no matter how long I wait. I use the stable version 3.2.1. Where does it go wrong?

Guess this is because of athombv/homey-apps-sdk-issues#347. Unfortunately Athom is not picking it up. Can you address it with them?

Well, I would if I had a HP 2023 as this is what that problem seems to be about. But I have a 2019 which is mentioned as working fine with 433 kHz. Is there anything I could or should do on the HP2019 that I may not be aware of?

Sorry, you’re right! I have the WS-1050 myself (outside unit) and this did work. I’m not using the HP2019 anymore. Do you have a screenshot of the app settings page with the nr of hits?

as requested I enclosed the screenshot. I first only checked the first 3 boxes, later I added the other, hoping this would help. The sender unit is lying directly next to the white ball, and I tried all 3 channels on the sender unit, all without result until now. I remember reading somewhere that you have to open the HP for sending and reading 433kHz signals, but I cannot find that anywhere in the settings (and I am using Klikaanklikuit on 433kHz without any problems)

Not even one hit. Hard to say what the issue is. Try first with one sensor and a bit further away from Homey.
