fix(bundle): Fix all the issues from AI-generated code (#1400)

Initially generated by AI mechanism to push the bundle was not working
for a dozen of reasons.

This work here fixes the workflow so that it correctly opens a PR
against community-operators repo.

It also simplifies the code so we do not have two duplicated workflows.

It removes all the references to non-existing community-operators-prod
repo.
